Amber Alerts

What are Amber Alerts:
What's on this page:
Amber Alerts are a quick way to get information about an abducted child out to the public, in hopes that someone might spot the child and call 911. The Alerts are displayed publicly, through, among other things, television and radio stations, roadway signs, and the Internet. Amber Alerts are named for nine year old Amber Hagerman, who was abducted from her home in Arlington, Texas, and murdered.
Children featured in Amber Alerts must meet certain criteria, which often varies from state to state. Most states require that a child appear to be in imminent danger for an Alert to be issued. While Amber Alerts are sometimes cancelled for various reasons, it is essential that we keep looking for the missing children. The children listed on this page are those who have had or still have Amber Alerts issued and remain missing.

Amber Alerts were issued for these children, who remain missing:*
